The Sleep Loft - Woodbridge, NJ Mattress Showroom

Our salesperson, Bobby, was friendly, patient, and a wealth of information regarding the various mattresses that we looked at. We did not feel pressured to buy, and we felt unhurried throughout our entire shopping experience. It was nice to have a place to actually physically try out a lot of the online models that we had researched. And, in the end, The Sleep Loft was able to match, and even beat the purchase price of any other seller that we could find.

We had such a positive experience at The Sleep Loft. We went in a month ago, intending to test out a few online mattress brands for our son’s room (which in itself is a great help that this place exists!). We were assisted by Billy, who was helpful and informative without being overly pushy, and ended up making a purchase that same day. I really appreciated his approach to sales, as we had such a negative experience at a few different mattress stores (and which is why we wanted to initially purchase online). We received our mattress sooner than we anticipated, and it was such an easy process from start to finish, thanks to Billy.

Bobby C. Was great. He explained the differences in the mattresses, encouraged me to lay in the mattress as long as I wanted, and left me alone for an hour. He emailed the price quote and wasn't pushy at all. I came back a week later with my blanket and spent time evaluating my options and he just left me be. Once I decided, he gave me the final price (beating Helix online), and check out was a breeze!

Great showroom with an excellent assortment of new mattresses to choose from. Nearly all of the brands that were of interest to me were there for testing - each one having 3 versions to sample. No pushy sales just helpful information and great President's sale prices!

We visited this store twice. Both times we were treated with respect and professionalism. Robert is an exceptional teacher because he educated us on many things regarding sleep and mattresses. He was patient, didn’t rush or push us to buy. Robert helped us pick the specific mattresses for our comfort and sleeping preferences. He made sure we were comfortable with the beds and our decision. A few hours later we bought a second bed. That’s how much we trust Robert and The Sleep Loft Company.
