I purchased the winter wool king comforter from this company after researching many other companies both in this country and across the ocean. The customer service is great and they answered all my questions. I own other wool/alpaca comforters from the Woolroom in the UK, Frankenmuth in the US and one from Australia and this comforter is the best comforter I have ever owned hands down. It’s soft, fluffy and warm without being hot like my expensive down comforters. There is no noise when you move it around and there are ties making it perfect for a duvet insert. I love we are supporting a small Midwest company who produces quality products. It takes awhile to get the product since it’s made to order but it’s so worth the wait. If you are on the fence about buying from them don’t be. You won’t regret the purchase. Well I am back after I purchased a custom winter comforter. Thanks to a great company who produced a custom comforter for me. It exceeded my expectations. I opted for a more extreme wool comforter to surprise my wife. It’s is soft to the touch and there is zero noise when moving. It’s a heavy duty wool comforter to be used when we turn the heat down in our house during the winter. I supplied a few photos of the custom comforter and the height of the wool layers. Now I need a breathable storage container to house this beast. Keep up the quality work. Could there be a queen winter comforter in my future?? Could be. Maybe one day I will get a chance to stop by and see your operations. Thanks again.
View on GoogleWe LOVE our new bed! We were shopping around for a 100% natural fiber/wool and USA made mattress, bed frame, sheets and pillows. We were able to visit the warehouse in Hartford, WI where Don gave us a tour of the facilities and let us try out the products. We are so happy we went with this company because we are sleeping so much better. Worth the money and the wait, which was only 1 month… not that long considering everything is made to order and we customized the bed frame. Seriously one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. Thank you for making quality products!!!

After looking at many different options, we decided to reach out to the Wool Bed Company in regards to a custom mattress for our antique sofa bed. Don was extremely interested and excited to take on the project and assured us that we would be completely satisfied with the end result. After a few phone conversations and pictures sent our mattress was delivered ahead of schedule and at the quoted price. Don personally delivered the mattress to East Troy, WI and helped set the mattress in place. He wanted to make sure that the mattress would be comfortable on top of the 100 year old springs and that it would fold away when not in use. The mattress is beyond comfortable and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the value and customer service we received. We have been sleeping on a wool bed topper from the Wool Bed Company for approximately 20 years and absolutely love it! The wool topper is healing for those of us with fibromyalgia and also helps to regulate body temperature all year round. I will never be without my wool topper! I occasionally sleep on the extremely comfortable sofa bed when my husband’s snoring becomes too much - never a bad nights sleep at our house 💕
View on GoogleLife Changing! We have always had issues with our mattresses and have probably tried every type and brand on the market. Our latest purchase was relatively expensive and honestly not working for us at all. I called the salesman and explained the issues we were having and he suggested trying a topper from The Wool Bed Company and sent me their information. I found it very interesting that this salesman would send me to another company to try and make his mattress sleep better. I went ahead and ordered a topper. I spoke with Don and he told me it would arrive in 3-4 weeks as it did. The minute I got into bed, I knew this was going to be special. We have never slept better and more sound. No more shoulder or lower back pain. I was really beginning to think that being in my 60's, poor sleep and waking up feeling lousy was just part of the deal now. Trust me when I tell you this has changed how we sleep and the way we feel when we wake up. It's like getting into a fluffy cloud yet supportive at the same time. Also not being familiar with wool beds, I was concerned it would sleep hot and being in Texas that's always an issue for me. I have never sweat one time through the night and it's July in Texas. I'm wondering why didn't I know about wool beds before. I feel beyond blessed to have found this company. They are family owned and committed to quality and customer service. I love supporting small business who take quality and customer service seriously. That's so hard to find these days. I just called Don and have placed an order for pillows and I will eventually buy a mattress from them and toppers for my guest rooms. View on GoogleWe love our wool mattress and toppers. We decided to go with two toppers since we love an extra soft mattress, and our bed is perfectly comfortable. After 7 years we got our toppers refluffed--now the bed is even better than before. If you're sensitive to chemicals, going with the organic wool mattress is a great choice. Customer service can't be beat either.
