HassleLess Mattress

We loved that there was no salesperson hovering around! Glad we decided to make the trip to WB, because we actually ended up choosing a different mattress than the one we had planned to purchase, after trying them out in person. Ordered online from home and we're very happy with the delivery team, and with our mattress.

Great shopping experience! I love that there is not a salesperson. I watched the short video and placed my order in the store. There was a great selection to chose from. We ordered a box spring with our mattress. Customer service called us right away and said the mattress had one in it. Did not realize that. So they are honest too. A day later we realized we would need the hardware for the head frame. Called them and no problem, they added it to our delivery. Excellent communication from the start and with letting us know what time frame they would be at our house. They young men that delivered were very nice and respectful of the property. Would totally recommend Hassel less!!!!

Easy, fast and efficient. Good price and helpful customer service when we called with questions. Delivery was simple and there time-line was spot on with meeting there 3 hour window. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Truly a hassleless experience from start to finish. I tried 8 or 9 different mattresses at their store without any sales interference. Then I paid for the mattress I selected and set up the time that I wanted it delivered. It was delivered right on time, and they set it up very quickly and took my old mattress and box springs away. It literally took less than 15 minutes. I am very pleased with HassleLess Mattress and highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! A great experience from start to finish, HassleLess Mattress made it easy for my husband and I to select the correct mattress, place our order, and pay for it. The delivery men were punctual and professional, and made sure that everything was set up to our satisfaction before they left.
