Kelly B. has amazing customer service. Greeted us immediately, explained store layout and let my wife and I explore at our convenience. She'd check in now and then and answer any question we had. We're very happy with our new sectional!

I've been to Ashley a few times, but this was the best visit by far (Richfield WI location). We were looking at couches and Reese ended up helping us. He was awesome! Reese made every part of our visit enjoyable. He was super patient with us, pleasant to interact with, and did whatever he could to help us decide on what we want. We unfortunately did not purchase a couch on this visit, but when we do, we will be requesting Reese to help us out! You should too!

We came to buy some patio furniture, and Megan was very helpful! We basically knew what we wanted when we came in, but Megan actually had the same exact set we were looking at so it was nice to get confirmation about the comfort and quality of the set from someone who actually owned the set. It was nice peace of mind.
The sale and checkout process was very easy, and the setup for delivery was very convenient. We will definitely be back for any other purchases.

Had absolutely amazing experience selecting new furniture for our living room! Kelly B was an absolute joy to work with. She was attentive to our needs as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted and offered her incredible expertise that helped us lean in and select exactly what we were looking for. And that lift coffee table… GENIUS! We also already picked out a dining set we want next and I’ll just be calling Kelly when we are ready! The selection was quite large and we can’t wait for our new set to arrive! Thank you, Kelly B for making this such an enjoyable experience - a successful Sunday afternoon date day thanks to your help!! Highly recommend!!

I wanted to start by saying that Kelly B. was helpful and nice, and everyone inside the store the day I visited was friendly. However, I had issues with the delivery crew and the store's delivery window gap, as well as some customer service representatives.
I purchased a purple RestorePremier firm mattress, but the first delivery crew delivered the wrong mattress (RestorePlus Soft, which has a significant price difference). They also used a utility knife to cut open the mattress, despite a letter opener-style tool being provided with the mattress. The mattress had a snag on the side, possibly caused by the utility knife.
After calling customer service, the first representative, Josh, was helpful and arranged for a new delivery. However, the second delivery attempt had a broad window (noon-6 pm), and I was not notified until 4:30 pm that the delivery wouldn't happen due to logistical constraints. I had to be home for the first delivery and was inconvenienced again for the second delivery.
The third delivery attempt had a 7 am-noon window, but they arrived at 2:30 pm. The crew didn't follow instructions, using a utility knife to cut the plastic wrapping, and required me to remind them to wear booties.
In summary, while the in-store staff were nice, the delivery and customer service experiences were disappointing. Only Josh from customer service was helpful; the others were unhelpful.
