Toms Price Home

My experience was amazing I have purchased furniture down the street due to that I had lost all trust. I called just wanted to see fabrics spoke with Marie Ovicina I was almost rude to her due to my past experience with there competitor. She was amazing and patient spent a lot of time with me even though I was just looking for one chair to make sure I made the correct choice. I am so so grateful for her she has a amazing eye and I love love my chair. I will definitely be back and can't thank her and Thomas Price company enough!!

I have worked with Toms Price both professionally and personally, for a number of years, and could not recommend them enough. A number of my family members have also worked with Scott and his team, with similar results. Scott is extremely knowledgable and passionate about what he does. That passion comes through in extremely creative, elegant, and timeless designs. They are excellent in creating spaces that are inviting and thoughtful about all of the details that go into each room. I would highly recommend them.

This place is a joke. Furniture is so cheaply made. Manager doesn’t even care if your unhappy. The sales rep that helped me was helpful at first but if you don’t buy, her attitude would change. I’ll be nice and keep her name out of this review. Delivery times is not accurate, was suppose to be two weeks. Waited over a month for my piece. If you want to return there will be a 30% restocking fee. Don’t shop here. By the way, It’s common curtesy to call a customer and keep them updated on their order. Oh and if you want to return something, it takes over a month for you to get a refund, & that is only because I had repeatedly ask. I would of referred a ton of customers here, but never again. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

The designers at Toms-Price helped us create a beautiful sofa from Century. They were very helpful when picking out fabrics and options, but did't inform us of the fabric up-charges until after we agreed to the purchase. The sofa was delivered a month later than our original quote. We love the furniture, but I don't think we'll be ordering from them again due to our experience.

Great selection of furnishings and Marie provided expert design knowledge. We ordered and custom NC-made chair and just picked it up. Outstanding!!
