I went into Bob’s 2 different times. Godson and Rafael were the 2 salesmen we had assist us. They were AMAZING! They let us know they were there to assist us, but also let us check things out on our own without the pressure. They let us take our time and didn’t rush us, and were very helpful and knowledgeable on the pieces we were looking at. We were very happy with their service and are excited for our furniture to be delivered!

Mark was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Best of all, he helped me find my dream recliner — and I absolutely love it! Mark was amazing. He knew when to offer an opinion and when to back off. He offered appropriate, functional recommendations for our son’s first apartment, and the overall cost to fully furnish it (bed, mattress, couch, two swivel chairs, counter-height kitchen table and chairs) was extremely reasonable. We will definitely recommend Bob’s (and Mark, specifically) to friends and family.

Celia was the floor person working with us. She did a marvelous job in showing us the different styles for the price and what we were looking for. She also covered all of the bases with credit and financing options, delivery and setup. It was just a wonderful experience where we were able to take our time and leave there with what we came to get accomplished.
