I had a fabulous experience finding my new mattress. Taylor was exceptional, proactively answering questions I didn't even know I had. Absolutely no pressure on the sale. This is what excellent customer service is all about! Although delivery is available, it's through FedEx which means less control over delivery windows so I packed it up with a friend to get it home.

I love T&N products. I called to get some information to facilitate switching out my last two traditional mattresses with T&N. James took my call and helped facilitate the order all while giving me the best deal possible. The service was exceptional, and now all the mattresses in my house are T&N. Thank you, James!

Best mattresses ever! So happy Durham has a Tuft and Needle store. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me track down the specific mattress I was looking for and offered other comparable options based on my needs. Highly recommend!
