Mattress Firm Southpoint

Chase is the most knowledgeable sales associate I’ve encountered in a long time. He knows the inventory and assisted me on purchasing the best quality mattress in my price range. I went in with a good idea of what I wanted to purchase. That particular product was not on the showroom floor for me to test. I didn’t was to purchase one I’d not tested and needed a mattress on a quick turnaround. He guided me through comparable products and I made a selection. I’d purchased from Mattress Firm previously, so the transaction was a snap. Chase took me though promotions and financing option. He made it one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

Our experience at this Mattress Firm was great! Chase was our sales rep and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about all of the available mattress features, benefits, advantages and advice on how to approach our comparisons. He asked great questions and answered our questions fully. We went on a Friday afternoon so there would be fewer customers. There was no sales pressure and after 1.5 hours of laying on the mattresses, we selected a Purple brand mattress with a Tempur adjustable base. Their return policy is also excellent.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm at Southpoint. Greg was fantastic—very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the perfect mattress for my needs. I especially appreciated that he didn’t push for a purchase or pressure me on price—he really respected my boundaries and made the experience comfortable. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!

Greg was awesome. Very knowledgeable and he provided me with all of the information I needed to be able to choose the right mattress for me. It was refreshing to work with a salesperson who was attentive but not overly aggressive.

Had a wonderful experience working with Karina. She was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and wasn’t pushy at all. Immediately greeted me when I came in and she gave me the space to make decisions on my own without trying to force anything on me. Ended up purchasing something a little above my price range that I had given, but that was my own decision and I didn’t feel like she only showed me products above my limit. She did an excellent job figuring out what worked for me. :)
