Casper - Streets at Southpoint

I started looking into Casper when my partner and I decided we weren't loving a recent (and expensive) purchase from Mattress Firm. I returned many times to this location before ultimately deciding on the Snow. Kathy, Erica and Stephanie are all AMAZING. They are all kind, welcoming, respectful, and knowledgable. Kathy was especially diligent in helping me get the best price, in addition to finding the bed that made the most sense for us. And I can't emphasize enough the excellent service at this location. I really believed that they want the best night sleep for their customers, whether it's on a Casper bed or not. I never felt like I was being pressured or upsold. Instead, the emphasis was entirely on preference and true client-servicing. The day I came in to buy the bed, they had it all ready and Erica helped load it into my car. All in all, very pleasant shopping/buying experience!!! Plus, we are loving the bed!

I had done my research and read Consumer Reports so knew what I wanted. I was immediately welcomed and showed the bed I had selected. Great info and a quick explanation and I was sold. Estephani was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Cory, Kathy and the team at Casper were extremely kind and helpful. We were looking at Casper for a while and had to wait until we moved in order to order. It was an easy experience and we are really happy with our new mattresses.

Steph was great to work with. She was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The whole team was great, even helped me get my mattress to my car in a crowded mall on Black Friday. Oh, and by the way, the mistress is fabulous! I slept like a baby. Thanks Casper Southpoint team!

The team at Casper at Southpoint mall was phenomenal at helping my spouse and me find the perfect mattress. Kathy was upbeat and thoroughly answered all of our many questions we had about each of the mattresses, bases, pillows and financing. Corey was lovely to chat with and very knowledgeable as well. They were patient, attentive, and had no issue with us popping back and forth between the other mattress stores. They actually encouraged us to shop around and were clearly very confident in their products. None of the other mattresses compared. As a former Purple mattress owner I was surprised at how much better support Casper mattresses had in comparison. Overall a wonderful experience and we cannot wait to start sleeping on our new Snow mattress.
