Sleep Number

Sleep number has great products and a first class staff at our local store. We have their beds, sheets, pillows and accessories and they have all exceeded expectations. The staff at our local store has been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable each time we have visited. We give this company a first class rating.

We have had a Sleep Number need for many years and it has been wonderful... until one side started leaking. So we went into the store to purchase a new model. It was a great experience. Clean and the staff were great. We tried a couple of models and they are good about making sure the models stay clean. Easy to purchase and delivery went smoothly according to my spouse and now we're enjoying a fully functional bed again!

My fiancé and I had a great experience purchasing our sleep number bed & adjustable base! Beth was a joy to work with throughout the entire, stress-free process. It was a big purchase for us and she made sure to walk us through everything to make us feel comfortable and confident with our decision. And the delivery was so easy and seamless! I enjoyed the Sleep Number experience. The beds were very comfy and I ended up getting everything that I needed to know answered extremely recommend please experience this if a good night, sleep is what you need in life. I would like to compliment this store…and our sales person Charles in particular. The knowledge, attention to details, and overall professionalism I have experienced is rare in today’s retail environment. Charles has continued to follow up on extra items I needed for delivery of the mattress in a very timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend buying your Sleep Number product at this location at the South Park Mall. As for the product itself, I have had nothing but great experiences with my current Sleep Number mattress. I did investigate for this purchase the other trendy foam and hybrid models and was about ready to purchase one. But then I tried the Sleep Number mattress and found it was again the most firm mattress with the best edge support I could find. And it actually cost less than what I was looking at with a foam mattress. Thank you Charles! Thank you Sleep Number!
