Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

The store in Joliet had so many different options for us to check out and actually get a feel of what was right for our home. We went with the “Playmaker” couch and Leo was the salesman to help my wife and I. He helped me measure out and customize the couch to our needs and took the time to double and triple check everything over with us. Had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture in Joliet. Barry was our sales rep and he was awesome to work with—super helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right items without any pressure. The prices were solid for the quality, and the whole process felt easy from start to finish. What stood out most was the customer service—Barry made the experience smooth and actually enjoyable, which isn’t always the case when furniture shopping. Definitely recommend the Joliet location, and if you can, ask for Barry.

We had such a great experience at Bob’s Furniture today! Shay was absolutely amazing; so helpful, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. The store manager (who’s name I sadly can’t remember) was also incredible and went above and beyond to help us. Overall one of the best furniture shopping experiences we’ve had. Me and my dad went into Bobs to find me a new couch and Erin assisted us and couldn't be more wonderful. She was great the entire time she assisted us and had such wonderful energy that made us feel so welcomed. I would definitely be going back in the future but I will only go with Erin. She made my first time experience amazing and memorable.

My family and I entered Bob's Discount furniture in Joliet- Employees where very welcoming. It was a very refreshing feeling to actually have employee's willing to give great customer service. Marla was our Sale Rep. Marla treated us like she cared on giving us the best purchasing experience not just making a sale. Marla gave my family and I space so we can talk among ourselves and make the best decision for our family. We finally made our decision to go with the Showroom livingroom set- Marla was excellent on finalizing and getting us ready for a quick delivery. Marla thank you for all your help. Will be visiting Marla in the future for any furniture purchases.
