Value City Furniture NJ

I decided to go to Value City in Howell! I am so glad I did! Nick was my sales representative! He is great! He listened to my concerns to fit my budget and quality to purchase a bed. As I was walking around the sales room, I was talking to Nick about my living room set that I had purchased from a competitor 3 years ago, and I was not happy with the quality of it, So I asked Nick to show me living room sets… Nick listened again to my concerns and showed me a few different styles and comfort. I happily decided! Nick made the sales transaction a very smooth one! Thank you so very much Nick!!!! I am so very happy with my purchases! As for the delivery, I received two deliveries, And I need to say, both deliveries were also a great experience! Delivery department was great, they kept me updated! The day of the deliveries, the guys were on time and very respectful! And will definitely recommend ! Thank you to all! - Gayle

Sam was a very polite and helpful salesman. I went in for a bed for my son, and was able to walk away with not only a bed but also a dresser & mirror at a great price within my budget. I was not looking for top of the line furniture, but still wanted something that felt sturdy and worth the price. The sales process was efficient and my items will be delivered in 7 days (could have had them earlier). I had a great experience.

Nick is exceptional! He was very pleasant, knew the inventory, directed me to exactly what I was looking for and gave input to help with my decision. We will be back to purchase the bedroom set once we take some measurements at home. Looking to buy furniture? Ask for Nick Cassiliano! Below is the set we’re looking to order!

To be honest when we first went to visit value city, we thought it was a cheaper place for inexpensive stuff. As we have never been in Value city, we decided to pay it a visit, and Lowe and behold were surprised not only did we make a substantial purpchase. We plan on making other purchases later on in the year. Sam, who took care of us not only was engaging and professional. He made it fun, which is always better. our suggestion would be to do something about the name value city, as not only we but others have thought of it as a cheap old place. Most definitely your product is not cheap though and the prices I think are awesome especially doing your sales.

Everyone at Value city was very kind. I was sold from the door, and felt right at home because of Nick T. (especially )genuine hospitality, which compelled me to purchase the amazing and beautifully made " Gold Turtle".. that was nicely wrapped like a gift. Hats off to .V. city. I'll return! Totally satisfied customer..W.W.
