Todd and his associates are wonderful. They are patient and helped me over multiple trips to the store. Value City is a must visit ! The prices are excellent and there are multiple companies there. I love my new bedroom set.

I know it isn’t the best quality furniture but when you spend about $1400. On 6 dining chairs, you would think it would last more than 2 years and if you buy a 5 year warranty then you are at least safe for 5 years…Right? Absolutely NOT with these companies! In 2023 a leg broke and my extended 5 yr warranty covered a replacement. Replacements came in pairs. A few months later another leg broke & luckily I had the extra leg from the pair they sent. 2 years later another chair leg broke and now long story short, Ashley sold my 5 yr warranty contract to Value City and they said the chair was discontinued likely due to so many issues. They can’t get replacement parts. Furthermore they said in the fine print of my warranty, it says if the product is discontinued then it voids the warranty and they won’t do anything for me. So now I have no way of replacing this chair to match so I have to get a completely different chair or buy a whole new set. They wouldn’t even offer store credit for a chair. I had no idea the core of the chair legs is cheap plastic.

Run don't walk go absolutely anywhere else. We purchased furniture from this location not even 2 years ago with a 5 year extended warranty. Within 6 months the seat support began to tear away on the couch (it has since torn all the way accross the couch making it completely unusable) and the armrests padding on the couch and loveseat pulled away making solid wood dig into your sides. We immediately began making reports filing claims attempting to get a resolution. We have been battling this for a year and a half now with Ashley furniture purchasing the store and the warranties along with it. We've received nothing but the run around. 3 months ago I went in to the store and informed them I would not be leaving until something was done within 2 days received an email and was asked to upload pictures and would hear from the repair team within 14 days I've emailed again and again since; with no response. Called the store multiple times and they've escalated it up. Finally got a call today and told they may have it fixed in the next 2 plus months. My child's graduation party is in 6 weeks. That doesn't work. Was transferred to a supervisor who informed me it wasn't their problem and I just had to deal with the timeframe. What a disgusting way to do business and take zero accountability. I'm beyond defeated at this point and would highly recommend you go to any other retailer after insuring they aren't an affiliate of Ashley Furniture because they will be extremely dismissive and disrespectful of their faulty products. Anyone know any attorneys that deal with this type of thing?

Such a huge variety of anything and everything that is furniture. At the time I wasn't in the market for furniture but after seeing their "going out of business up to 75% off signs" I just had to stop in!! I picked up a bedroom set for my daughter and a sectional for my parents. I'm extremely impressed by the quality especially when you consider what I paid! And I can't forget to mention the friendly and knowledgeable staff! If it wasn't for that guy right outside the store front holding a "75% off" sign I'd probably never have stopped in. Whoever had the brilliant business idea to have a 20 something Brad Pitt look alike outside holding a sign must be responsible for doubling sales
