Our Sales Consultant, Stephanie Petrosa, was great. Her understanding of the features of the different beds was extensive. Because she took such care with our sleep evaluation she was able to guide us in choosing the perfect bed, for our personal needs. There was never any pressure to buy and by letting the product speak for itself she gained our trust and respect. What an awesome experience! I have never been in a store where the salesman was so informed. Liam was such a knowledgeable person. I have a back issue and wanted a mattress that would work for me. Liam was the best! I had a great experience with him. He is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time with me to make sure he offered the right type of mattress for my aches and pains. He also sold a mattress to my daughter years ago, and we had a great experience with him at that time also. I highly recommend Liam and getting a great price at Better Sleep outlet.

Don’t buy this stupid bed! My husband side of the bed has been deflated for 2 weeks customer service is terrible!!!! For such an expensive bed should have better technical support or get someone to come I’ll freaking pay this is ridiculous! Be careful the bed sucks! It’s an expensive air mattress. I got my daughter a bed at Sam’s Club and her bed is more comfortable than ours! That’s crazy! I’m going to the better business bureau next and just keep going I paid way to much money for a lopsided bed!

We are extremely disappointed with our recent mattress purchase from the Bolingbrook location. The mattress delivered to us is completely different from the floor model we tested in the store. The showroom model was well-padded, supportive, and comfortable. The one we received is significantly firmer, lacks the same padding, and is so uncomfortable that we are unable to sleep on it. At no point during the sales process were we informed that floor models may contain additional padding or differ from the product delivered. After contacting customer service, we were told that floor models often have extra padding and that sales associates are supposed to disclose this. That disclosure never happened. We feel misled and believe the product was not accurately represented at the time of sale. To make matters worse, we are now being told we must wait 30 days before initiating a return, continue sleeping on a mattress that is extremely uncomfortable, and pay nearly $500 in pickup and delivery fees. It is unreasonable to expect customers to endure sleepless nights and pay substantial fees for a product that does not match what was presented in the showroom. We hope management takes this seriously and addresses these transparency issues so other customers do not have the same experience.
