American Mattress

This was the best mattress buying experience I’ve ever had. I had an idea of what I was looking for but Gabe was so patient and helped me make my decision. He has so much knowledge and experience. He was kind and not at all pushy like salespeople at the competitors. The delivery guys were great as well. They were friendly and efficient. If you need a new mattress, go to American Mattress in St. Charles and talk to Gabe!

What a wonderful experience! Jerry, the store manager, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, asked us many questions on our needs. We were not rushed as it was important we would be satisfied with our choice. I will always recommend this store location because it was a great and easy custmer experience start to finish. We can't wait to receive our new mattress!! Thank you!

Two weeks ago, American Mattress was the second mattress store I visited to check out a new mattress as well as a customizable base that at least raised and lowered the head. Their prices were very competitive and the salesperson, Gabe Munoz, asked the right questions, listened, had us test which mattresses felt right and then showed us options. He didn’t have a glib canned sales pitch pushing for an immediate sale which I appreciated. Because I had already had background from my first visit to a competitive mattress store, it was an easy decision to buy that day. That may also have happened if it was my initial visit because he was such an adept no-pressure person. When we paid the down payment, the expected delivery date was about 3 weeks down the road which was fine. However, within 24 hours, Gabe called and told us that he had an option where he could sell us the previous model of the base which had the added benefit of lowering/raising either/or the head or base over the current less expensive model which I had ordered. At no extra charge AND, the delivery would be within 2 days! Such a deal and we quickly agreed and it was expertly delivered as promised! Now, after two weeks of use, we are delighted with every aspect of the service and the products. Couldn’t be happier and feel we were lucky to have be able to get more than we expected for the same price.

Tomi was absolutely amazing from the minute my mom and i walked in the door. she immediately greeted us with a warm welcome. i told her exactly what i was looking for with my budget and my preferences and i got to go home knowing i’ll have a new bed delivered to my home on tuesday! The store manager, Jerry & Tomi made it possible for us to get an even better discount that fit our budget & still exactly what i wanted! with the warm demeanor from both of them, i will not hesitate getting anything I need from this store. Jerry made it very clear he is here for customer satisfaction and I appreciate that. Not many store fronts have such lovely people as them. Family owned businesses will always be for the win!! thank you both again so much for all your help!

Dealt with salesperson Brittney today. She made me feel so comfortable and I felt she was concerned about what I needed for my back problems. I can’t wait to get my bed I will be back for every bed through Brittney!
