Verlo Mattress

We recently purchased the best mattress from Jim Jackson at Verlo, and we have noticed a marked improvement in the quality of our sleep! Jim took his time helping us choose the correct style of mattress for our needs, shared extremely helpful tips and information about how the mattress would settle over time, and we wouldn’t have purchased our mattress unless Jim was there. The delivery, set up and communication was wonderful, and we will only go to this Crystal Lake location moving forward, simply exceptional customer service!

Great all around experience from purchase to delivery. Jim in the CL showroom listened to my specific needs/questions and thoroughly explained mattress options & costs in a low pressure to buy feel. Great on time delivery with friendly, professional 2-man team. Definitely appreciate the skip the middle man, buy local aspects of Verlo

Extremely easy buying process. Jim was excellent at helping me find what I needed. Corey and Jason dropped it off and were very friendly and exceptionally respectful to my home. Verlo is fast and efficient you can buy without a care in the world.

I went to Verlo to buy a new mattress for an adjustable bed I had purchased just over nine years ago. I needed a much firmer mattress because of nerve issues starting in my back. The options were clearly explained. I ended up ordering the firmest mattress they could make. I love my new mattress and am very happy I went back to Verlo. We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping. Shouldn't yo have the best mattress you can get? I highly recommend Verlo Mattress.

Buying our first Verlo v7. Love the option to customize your mattress. Delivery in less than 1 week.
