Relax The Back

Great service and very knowledgeable regarding issue I was having. I was able to get help I needed and will recommend this store to anyone I know that is in need of help with problems due to office chairs (sitting and so forth).

My wife went into Relax the Back to inquire about the zero gravity chairs. She said Kathy was the sweetest and when found out about my condition was so kind. The chair she ordered will not be here until Monday so she offered to bring out a floor model for me to use until my chair comes in. Very personal customer service and caring hearts.

Bob & Kathy always express a genuine interest in my needs on each visit. I have purchased multiple types of pillows for back and neck issues from them for sleep and travel. Their congenial approach allows me to describe what I am looking for, and since they know their products so well, they direct me to proportionate sizes, shapes, and densities. I believe customer satisfaction is a priority for them as they offer quality products, do not recommend a purchase just to make a purchase, follow up with a thank you note, and remember me when I return for another purchase. Customer service is outstanding in Lubbock, but Relax the Back is over the top! Jeannie

Caring and compassionate. I came into their store at 5:00 pm because my husband injured his back. Kathy offered to let me take the floor model inversion table so that I didn’t have to put it together myself AND helped me load it into my SUV in the freezing rain! She really went above and beyond!

I was recently searching for a quality pillow for some neck issues that was affecting my sleep. I found Relax The Back and decided to visit. This was the best decision I could have made. The customer service was great as well as the quality of their products. They were so accommodating and expressed real interest in my well being. I would highly recommend Relax The Back and I know I will visit there again.
