I spent some time looking through this furniture store, and each team member was so kind and attentive! In fact, they took notes. Although they did not carry what I was looking for initially, I was pleasantly surprised to find a personal text from Addie from the store about a month or so later, when a couch of similar description to the one I’d been hoping for came in! They kindly held it for the day it took me to get there, since I live about 2 hours from their store. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here. They were eager to help, and were even willing to share other stores that might have had the leather couch I was looking for, when I visited the fist day and they didn’t yet have in what I was looking for. I appreciate the feeling of being cared for, more than “making the sale.” And for that reason, their wonderful inventory, and their excellent customer service, I would consider this place FIRST in the future! 🪄✨🛋️🪑💗
View on GoogleI had a wonderful experience at What's New Furniture. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed, making the whole shopping process easy and enjoyable. Especially Addie!!!I highly recommend this furniture store near me for anyone looking for great customer service.
View on GoogleWe were so pleased with our experience at What’sNew Furniture: a wide variety of pieces that suited our style very well. But the customer service!!! From walking in (thank you Addie!) to delivery at our home (yay Ja’Quay!!), we felt the consistent representation of a well-organized and customer-centered organization. So many guests have remarked on the comfort and striking look of our new furniture. Did we mention how much fun it was? Can't wait to use the gift certificate we won on the spinner wheel!!!
View on GoogleMy husband and I were very pleased with our experience at What’s New Furniture. The staff there was very friendly and helpful, especially Addie, who was the young lady who helped us find the perfect furniture for our new home. They also offer delivery services and Ja’Quay and his team were also very respectful and made sure we were happy with our items before they left our home. Highly recommend! Ask for Addie!
