We spent 1 hour at the Portland Saatva Store. In this time, we tried six different mattresses with the help of TJ who was a wizard of service and information! This experience helped us choose the right mattress with confidence. The Saatva Rx Mattress - the first luxury mattress specially designed for sleepers with back & joint conditions. Check-out was seamless, with warrantees, removal of old mattress and white glove delivery about 10 days! We cannot wait!

The Portland showroom was a terrific place to be sure we selected the best mattress for us! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We really appreciated and enjoyed working with her (I believe her name was Kia) to make sure we got what we needed at a fair price. I highly recommend both the mattress and the showroom!

The viewing room was perfect. We were able to try all types of mattresses. The employees were friendly and informative. They never pressured us. We did purchase but our order is not scheduled till next week. Looking forward to a good night sleep.

My experience with the Saatva showroom people exemplifies why AI can't replace humans. I had spent a lot of time researching recommendations online for choosing mattresses because my husband and I are seniors on a fixed income and can't waste money on mistakes. I also consulted the AI, giving lots of details as to what I thought we needed. But when we went to the showroom to check out and test the mattresses, the women who worked there listened carefully to us and, without pressuring us, helped us find the perfect one for us. It wasn't what the AI had suggested. People don't always have clear ideas about what they need. I am so glad I didn't order one online without visiting the showroom. It takes an attentive person to see people as they are, not as they see themselves. I loved that they asked us questions and listened to the answers. We got our mattress yesterday morning and we love it!

Visiting this store has been great. Since the sales people are not on commission, they are super helpful without pressure! They are knowledgeable and give you time and space to try the mattresses. I really like this beautiful store and we are deciding which mattress to purchase. I like that it will be made to order and delivered by truck and not rolled up in a box!
