As a retirement home, we constantly buy mattresses to replace older ones. We always have great service and a great price here.
View on GoogleOwner went back on her offer/word if not satisfied I could return mattress and get upgrade. Only had mattress 9 days. Wake up in pain, not sleeping. Not comfortable. I don’t want an upgrade just wanted to return mattress. She now says there’s No warranty. DO NOT BUY HERE!! Apparently she will say anything to sell a mattress then says she didn’t say that. POOR Poor customer service. Get a mattress where they honor a 30-90-or 120 day sleep guarantee.

Leslie was super helpful in every way and accommodating to our crazy schedules. After we picked our mattress she even helped us load it up. You will not be disappointed when you shop here.
View on GoogleSave your time and your money and just go straight to Winchester Mattress and More. The minute we walked through the door we felt comfortable and welcome. We were immediately greeted by Leslie. We asked to just look around and she gave us the freedom to browse. Once we did request her assistance she was very attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable of her products. She helped us find the perfect products to meet our families needs. She helped us get everything we needed right then and there that day by helping us to secure financing all in house and very quickly. We had to order a couple mattresses but they came in the day she said they would and they were in terrific condition. She let us know just as soon as they came in so we could start sleeping better ASAP. I will only buy mattresses here in the future, and I suggest everyone do the same. Great products, amazingly low prices, and phenomenal customer service. What more could you want?
