Never in my life have I encountered someone so utterly rude and racist. The store manager's behavior was beyond unacceptable, and thanks to her, I will never set foot in that place again. I’ve used Rent-A-Center for years and was simply looking for a fresh start. I thought Farmer Home would be a great place to begin decorating my home. When I first entered the store, the manager was already engaged with another customer. I could see she was irritated based on her tone and body language. I tried to approach her for assistance, especially after the other customer left, but she merely looked at me and kept doing her own things, offering no indication that she would help or that she needed a moment. I don’t know if it was my appearance or something else, but her dismissive attitude made me feel so unwelcome. I have never left a store feeling so terrible. I sincerely hope this situation is addressed because the way she spoke to her employer and the treatment I received was truly disheartening. It’s heartbreaking to think anyone would stay working there under such harsh conditions. I genuinely wish them all the best, and I hope no one else has to endure what I did. Thank you.

I will never shop with this company again. I live out of town and came to see my grandbaby. I went to this store because someone said they have small chairs for toddlers. When I went in I looked around and found the one I wanted and with me being out of town was just going to pay cash. The store manager was just sitting in her office while another sales person was helping someone else. She came out of her office and instead off seeing if I need help she started yelling at the other girl that she needs to hurry and get to the next person. After that I let the sales girl know when she came to me it was ok the other customer was here first and I will wait. What caught me off guard was another couple came in and she went straight to help them. I was so irritated that I left. I feel this company needs to have classes on how to treat there employees as well as customers.if it would have let me I wouldn't have put any stars. My few hrs drive back home I was thinking what possibly could it have been to be treated that way , was it the way I was dressed, my nationality.

Ashley was very helpful with choosing the right furniture for my living room. She was very knowledgeable on the type of material the furniture was made of. The delivery drivers were very polite and made sure everything was put together. I love my furniture

Furniture and delivery exceeded expectations. After recently having a miserable delivery experience with another company, I was dreading this delivery. However, it was quick, easy, clean and so very friendly! My table was installed with no mess and ready to use asap. Definitely looking forward to getting more furniture pieces in the future. 🥰
