The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I had no idea how much mattresses have come. I learned a great deal of helpful information. I also was shown several options regarding payment planes to fit my budget needs. No pressure, only helpful people who listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction. Thank you Mattress Firm of Tullahoma. It was great not having to drive to Murfreesboro.
View on GoogleI’ve been there twice and both experiences were great. The first time the employees took their time to gather information about me, my sleep and my back issues and helped to figure out exactly the bed I needed. I loved the bed 2 years and got married and wanted to get a bigger mattress and the employees made it super easy for me to get exactly what I needed in a timely manner
View on GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Robert at Mattress Firm. His knowledge and customer service immediately put me at ease while choosing to replace a Purple mattress I had previously purchased. Being able to talk with someone knowledgeable and in person made a big difference. Robert took the time to explain the options and helped me with financing. I’m extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend asking for Robert if you visit this store!
View on GoogleI had a great experience at Mattress Firm of Tullahoma. Mark was the sales associate on the floor and he was very attentive and patient with me as I went through trying a few different beds and frames. He was attentive to the other customers who came in as well and helped them promptly as I looked around. Though I did not go with my first choice in bed, I was very pleased with one of the other ones he recommended. He hooked me up with a sweet deal on my bedframe and I am incredibly thankful for that! This was my first experience buying a new bed and frame and I am so excited for it to be delivered! I would highly recommend Mattress Firm in Tullahoma and I would like to thank Mark for his help!
