Xtreme Discount Mattress

I came here nine years ago for my bed, got full warranty..My mattress ripped and they honored the warranty.. i went in to pick out a new mattress, paid the difference for a new one. I was not happy with the mattress it didnt feel like the one I picked at the store. I let mimi know, she gave me email to let company know. They sent me a new mattress! Mimi and Kierra , were wonderful! Wow what a fantastic business/ employees you have!!! I love my new bed, ty for your 100% customer satisfaction!!! 😊

I purchased a mattress from their store today and from the moment I walked through the door to the time I left, I had such a great experience. Kiera who is the manager was not only professionalism in their product knowledge by how she assisted me in picking out the perfect mattress, but went above and beyond with her kind and sweet personality. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a mattress. I'd give ten stars to them. Thank you Kiera.

My old bed was uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep. I walked into Xtreme Discount Mattress and was greeted with a big smile. They were helpful without being pushy. The price was fair, and includes a 30 day exchange policy to get a different mattress if you are not happy. If my Dog is happy, then I know it is good!

My experience with Xtreme Discount Mattress was…complicated, to say the least. Let me explain. I’d had a really bad experience with another mattress store (Metro Mattress – avoid!) and was feeling incredibly stressed about finding a replacement. I was wary of expensive foam mattresses that I'm not sure I'm going to like. From the moment I walked in, Kiera was amazing. She listened to my concerns and really understood what I was looking for – a good, solid conventional mattress – and gently steered me away from a potentially disastrous, and very expensive, foam gamble. She helped me find a wonderful mattress set for half the price of my previous near-miss, and it included free delivery and removal. Now, here's where things got a little tricky. I unfortunately made a mistake and purchased a mattress from Metro Mattress and subsequently had to cancel that order. This created some logistical challenges, but the team at Xtreme Discount Mattress truly went above and beyond. I spoke with Bill who, after I explained the situation, listened intently and took the time to go to management on my behalf. The manager demonstrated an exceptional level of flexibility, offering a solution that deviated from standard policy and had the potential for a financial impact on the company. This willingness to make an exception and prioritize customer satisfaction was truly remarkable. (I’m not going to detail how they resolved it) The delivery was surprisingly quick and arrived early! The delivery team was professional and courteous. But the biggest surprise has been the mattress itself. I honestly didn’t think I’m going to like a conventional mattress any more than the one I originally owned, but this one is fantastic. It’s been a long time since I’m able to stand up from bed without wincing a bit as I straighten out! And my sleep record is astounding. I slept for 6 hours and 31 minutes, woke up only five times, and got a solid 5 hours and 10 minutes of sleep! Considering how stressed I’m still feeling about the whole Metro Mattress saga and the $900 I’m still waiting to be refunded (update: the funds have finally been released to my bank), this is a remarkable improvement. Previously, I'd be in bed for 4-6 hours, wake up 8-12 times but only get 3-4 hours of actual sleep. This mattress has truly made a significant difference in my quality of life. Thank you, Xtreme Discount Mattress – and a special thank you to Bill for his incredible customer service.

The workers were rude and I believe I got the floor model not a new mattress. Never again . My mattress wasn’t wrapped properly like a new one.
