I went to Xtreme Mattress in Elma, Ny on Saturday April 4th. As I entered, I spoke to the Sales Woman about purchasing a mattress in the $800 price range. From the onset she was not warm or friendly. Everything was a matter of fact. No Courtesy. Just RUDE!!! I said,"Ma'am I came here to purchase a mattress, however, based on YOUR RUDENESS, NEVERMIND!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! NOT HELPFUL. HER DISPOSITION WAS JUST LEAVE!!! AVOID

View on GoogleHad a problem with my mattress after 5 years, called and explained the problem. They immediately told me they would replace my mattress for free! I’m very happy with this company and have dealt with them a few times over the years and will continue to do so! A+

View on GoogleReally a wonderful shopping experience, no pressure, only helpful. I've got a great return policy if you decide it's not the mattress for you. Free delivery, and removal of your old mattress. Hard to beat that.
