Wow can’t believe all the bad reviews. First we went to the store in Blasdell, ny. Our salesman was great! We picked a mattress and it was delivered, after getting it we noticed that it did not fit our king size bed frame. We measured and sure enough the measurements were not what they should be for a king mattress. We went back to the store and told our salesman and they were reordering a new one, 2-3 weeks. After sleeping on it for a week my husband and I were both experiencing low back and hip pain, it was not the comfort we were looking for. We head back to the store and the stopped the reader and we picked a new mattress. We were told up from the first visit that if this were to happen and we picked a mattress the second time that was cheaper than the first we would not be reimbursed and that there was a $75 charge for returning a mattress. Our new one was $300 cheaper, we did ask about being able to maybe purchase a mattress for our daughter with the difference but that was as a no, kind sucks but I’d rather be out a few hundred than stay in a bed I was not comfortable in. Our second mattress comes and so far so good! I hope it works out because you are only allowed 1 return. Not sure if it was the customers not listening on some of these reviews or poor sales person but our guy was great and gave us a very bit of info the very first visit!

Great mattress buying experience! I was in & out in 30min! Melissa greeted us within minutes, ascertained what I was looking for and needed in a mattress, gave me information & choices, then stepped back and let me "test drive" them. Exactly my perfect salesperson, informative but not pushy. Melissa did a great job with answering my questions, and was pleasant & cheerful. I have recommended this store to several friends already!

Bought a mattress from here about 2 years ago. And when they delivered it I knew it was too small to be a queen. But the delivery guys refused to take it back since it was “put on the bed”. And I am just now realizing after measuring it that I was in fact correct and it is about 3 inches short both ways. So now I’m on the hunt for a new queen mattress. But it won’t be from this place again as they obviously can’t get a mattress tight. Especially for the prices they charge. Go somewhere else for your sanity

Terrible experience helping a family member get a new mattress. They delivered the wrong mattress, which wouldn’t have been a big deal; but they unfortunately wouldn’t make things right like a normal company would. They would only deliver the correct mattress for a 50 dollar delivery fee. Will not be doing business with them again. Since you are only able to leave one review, I will edit my comment to reply. The mattress that my father ordered is NOT the same mattress as the one he tried at the store. I even had 2 other people go to the store and see the mattress compared to the one my father received. Just something to work on for future customers :)

I've been in here twice, once for a box spring, once for a mattress. Both times have been very positive experiences. The sales guy at the front desk was very friendly, not pushy at all, and answered my questions. I look forward to purchasing from here in the future.
