What a great day I had at Ashley’s furniture! Kiana was my sales person and she was fantastic.. Even though I just went to look around, I ended up buying so much of the sale items and furnishing my whole apartment for a very reasonable price … Definitely, I would recommend going to Ashley furniture.. All the sales people were so nice.. And helpful…👍🏻👍🏻😊 some photos of the Great deals I got!!

Great experience! From ordering to delivery, everything was smooth and professional. So far, The mattress has exceeded my expectations — it’s supportive, comfortable, and has significantly improved my sleep quality. Our salesman, Ryan was awesome. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Ashely Furniture to anyone looking for a great mattress with excellent customer service!

Joel was amazing! We came in with something in mind, he showed us what we were looking for, was not pushy, gave us the space and time to think, while staying nearby. Even entertained our kids while we discussed the logistics of space and functionality. He gave us the freedoms to roam, answered questions and we ended up with something completely different. He was thorough, personable and a pleasure to work with. Definitely the easiest furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The manage was also great and flexible. Great staff!

I never leave reviews, but this is gonna be the worst and best one I’ve ever left in my life. You guys suck I purchased your warranty and you guys refuse to replace the mattress that was over $3000 itself, not to mention the other pieces they highly encouraged me to buy. These are significant investments that I have made along with purchasing the suggested adjustable base that was suggested that I buy so that the mattress would stay well formed, and if any problems having the proper equipment would help with any future concerns. Well, let’s get into it. The claims department denied my request and stated that I didn’t send the proper pictures, which I definitely have the emails with the pictures that were provided, and my detailed description of why the mattress might be breaking down. BTW I’ve taken proper care of this mattress and flipped it every few months so that each side was used equally. They then proceeded to tell me that my claim wasn’t going to go through because my mattress didn’t meet the requirements for the claim. Can someone tell me how if you’re claiming you don’t have the pictures How you would be able to tell me that it’s not replaceable. This is completely frustrating and I will never shop with Ashley furniture ever again. My husband bought less than a $300 mattress and it lasted him the five years he needed it, but I bought a $3000 mattress and it started breaking down after less than three years. I tried to talk with the claims department as nice as I could, but they kept telling me the same sentence over and over and over again and Did not want to hear what I was actually trying to explain. I was told that it’s “probably”worn down because I sat on it too much, which is this lady saying she just doesn’t want to do her job. Like I’ve said this was a big investment that I still owe over $2000 on!!!! I am at a loss and don’t know what to do because this bed literally makes me so uncomfortable and roll off every time I lay in it. My husband and I had to buy another mattress which was a king for $300 on TikTok shop because the mattress from Ashley furniture is so bad. Also let’s mention it is better quality than the one I bought for over three grand with Ashley furniture. End of the story is if you want to buy quality furniture, you’re better off buying cheap furniture and replacing it every few years than shopping at Ashley furniture. Can we also mention the mattress protector they made me buy that literally leaks water right through it we won’t even get started on that. I enjoyed telling you all my story now I hope whoever sees my review never shops at Ashley furniture.
