Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Bobs is the only place I'll get furniture from here on out. Affordable prices and great customer service ! Taylor was a great catch! Wasn't pushy , was just there to answer our questions and there when we needed her. She was patient and worked with us for 2 hours as my husband went back and forth between 2 couches. She went above and beyond with helping !! 5 stars to Taylor Hunt . The delivery guys were great too ! They were patient with us while we moved the living room around because we didn't have quite enough room . Made sure everything worked and was perfect before they left !! Thanks Bobs Discount Oh did I mention they're speedy !!! We went couch shopping Sunday . Decided on which one we wanted Monday . Ordered that day and the couch was delivered that Friday !!! We weren't in any rush to get it . But hands down. Great

We had a great experience at Bob’s Furniture. Ru provided attentive, friendly service and took the time to answer all of our questions. They helped us visualize how the furniture would look in our home and made sure we found the right pieces for our space. We never felt rushed, and Ru made sure we left happy and confident with the choices we made. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Walked in and I was dreading furniture salesman on a holiday but WOW. No pressure, super nice. Answered all our questions before we asked. Super friendly and fast experience! James OBrien was so easy to work with. Will definitely use again when needed and highly recommend!!!

Very helpful, great customer service. Told Mr Kraft what I was looking for & did a great job. I would definitely recommend Bob's furniture to others. Explained warranty perfectly, asked if I had any questions. Thank you for a great customer experience.

This was my first, in person, large furniture purchase. We had an excellent sales person! Christopher gave us all the time and space we needed to make a choice and answered all of our questions when we were ready. Very personable and kind as well. 12/10. The couch and chair set we picked out will be delivered in under a week! It's a navy blue L shape couch that has secret fold down cup holders/table, slide out foot rest/bed on the main section of the couch making it one big rectangle lounger when extended, usb and type c plugs, and a lounger wing with storage under the lounge. It also came with a swivel arm chair and 3 decorative pillows. I spent about $1700 for the set, tax, white glove delivery, removal of the old couch, and 5 years of insurance. With all of those options available to add on they are the place to go, especially if you cant move or dispose of old furniture yourself. They even have some snacks for the kids (and children at heart). We browsed online first and went to the showroom to see them in person and with all the options I'd recommend you do so as well. The showroom is very large and well stocked. I will be comming back and buying a bedroom set next year if all goes well.
