I put a lot of value on bedding and purchasing high quality products that last for years to come. he's great at recommending products based on my needs and wants. I'll continue to shop this location. Everyone needs a friend in the bedding business!

Rave review - many reasons: Superb customer service from the start to end. Everyone in-person/on phone was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and authentic. Very customer-oriented. I like that the company is local, family run, open, relaxed, and respectful regardless of your budget. I enjoyed the Saturday free class "how to buy a mattress". Everything is so well made. I very much appreciate their environmental thoughtfulness - materials selected and 2-sided mattresses only. They think of every detail down to the last moment - the delivery people even took their shoes off in my home without my asking. Very nice. I'm loving my Laurel firm mattress, cotton/wool pad, comforter, and Melange Profile side sleeper pillows! You're the best!

Sean helped me today and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Superb customer service. He helped me find everything I needed and then I picked up my order from their warehouse a few minutes later. I’m not sure the communication between the store and the warehouse is good though. When we got there we had to wander around trying to find any living being — the doors were open but nobody was there until we spotted someone at the warehouse area itself. Neither did they anticipate the pick up. They did end up putting our mattress together for us though.

This is the best place to shop of all natural and organic mattresses AND pillows. This is my 3rd bed from them. Our most recent mattress has a 15-year warranty. I'm all about supporting small, local businesses. 5-stars all around. Great customer service and the people that work there are pleasant and very friendly.

Old world customer service! We had a issue with our 4 year old Woodlawn Plush mattress and talked to Blake at their home store about resolving it. The owner and his son drove from Seattle to Portland the very next week to take care of us. We are not only very happy customers but really enjoyed meeting them too. They are good people with an excellent product.
