It was a wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the door. My sales Representative was Steve. He was engaging, funny and very personable. I could’ve spent a whole day with him. The showroom is very clean and spread out with lots of options, different mattresses, some with adjustable frames and all of them in very attractive platforms with headboards. I Did my research and what drew me to this brand is that it’s made in the USA, I believe assembled in Fremont, Seattle, Washington. Another feature that sold me is they use natural fibers. I’m very pleased with my purchase, although I haven’t received it yet because I was just there today and made my purchase. Who can go wrong with free, white glove delivery and assembly? A Saatva RX mattress is an investment to my health.

So happy we went to the viewing room as without doing so we were going to pick a different Saatva mattress than the one we chose after trying all the options. Austin was extremely helpful. He stayed with us the entire time, answered our multitude of questions, never pushed or made us feel rushed and obviously knows the product extremely well.

The sales representative, Christopher, took the time to listen carefully to my needs and walk me through the available options. I was specifically looking for a firm mattress to help support my partner’s low back pain, as we are both back and side sleepers. During the showroom visit, they provided a clean fabric sheet to place over each mattress so I could comfortably lie down and test the firmness. To better understand their definition of “firm,” I tried their firmest mattress and compared it to the Classic Firm. While the firmest option felt very solid, it was a bit too firm for my preference. The Classic Firm, on the other hand, offered the firmness I was looking for with a slightly softer, more comfortable feel. It checked all my boxes, though I knew the real test would be my partner’s opinion. With a generous one-year trial period and a favorable return and exchange policy, I felt confident moving forward. I placed an order for the Classic Firm and appreciated the flexibility to coordinate a delivery date that works with my schedule. Additional factors that drew me to Saatva included consistently positive reviews from third-party reviewers I trust and the availability of a local showroom. In the past, I’ve purchased a mattress entirely online from another company, and the experience was far from ideal. Being able to try out different mattresses in person was a major advantage. While my mattress hasn’t been delivered yet, I’m hopeful that their “white glove” delivery experience will live up to the excellent service I received in the showroom.

I went in after doing a lot of research and honestly feeling pretty burned out from high-pressure mattress sales at other places. Christopher was fantastic. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the models and really listened to what I was dealing with (hip pain, sleep position, etc.). He even steered me toward a couple of options that were different from what I originally thought I wanted — and his reasoning made total sense. I left feeling informed instead of pressured, which is rare when mattress shopping. The whole process felt relaxed, educational, and genuinely helpful. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and the sales support.
