I had an incredible mattress buying experience here. I recently moved to Seattle and needed a new mattress. The old one I was on was a cheaper mattress in a box and had been causing me all sorts of back and shoulder pain. So I came into the Roosevelt square mattress firm to find a better fit. After testing a couple of different mattresses I found a nice Sleepys mattress that I thought worked pretty well. After the first month though, I still wasn't sleeping well. I went back into the store 4 different times to figure out what might be my issue. Each time I learned more about different sleeping techniques and how mattresses are designed for different types of sleepers. After 70 days, I ultimately ended up swapping out my mattress with them. Mattress firm has a 120 day sleep trial where you can switch out the mattress you bought for 250$. And while that seems a little steep, I found out that 250$ just covers the cost of shipping and and cleaning it so they can sell it in their warehouse. (The warehouse mattresses don't come with the same warranty, but they are like 40% off, so if you're looking to get a higher quality mattress for a good price, ask the sales representatives to see if the Mattress he tested out is in their warehouse) I happy to report that I am getting a much better nights sleep now on my new Tempur-pedic mattress. I am also incredibly grateful for all of the work that Jerry did with me. He's the reason I'm writing this review. He spent a ton of time teaching me about different mattresses technologies, and how accessories can help or take away from a good nights sleep. If you're looking for a new mattress I can't recommend working with Jerry enough. He is incredibly kind, looks out for your best interests and will do everything he can to get you the best mattress.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Jerry as my Sleep Expert and Sales Representative. I've been overdue for a bed in the last two years, and I was unsure of what I wanted. Jerry knew the right questions to ask me to ensure I got what I was looking for. I had several questions to ask and there was nothing that Jerry could not answer. He was completely knowledgeable on all the mattresses at hand and explained things to me in a manner that I would understand -- he also did a wonderful job outsourcing different Mattress Firm locations I could look into with him if there were no beds available to my liking at the Capitol Hill location I was at. Purchasing mattresses was not on my list as a fun activity to do, but Jerry made my experience exciting! I am very excited to have the bed of my dreams for a cost that was well aligned with my financial needs. Thank you Jerry a million times.
