My wife and I are so happy we’ve loved every purchase we’ve made there, even long after we’ve been living with it. The salespeople know what they’re talking about, try to understand your needs, and don’t try to upsell you. The family-owned business, since the 80s, sources its furniture to ensure quality and sustainability, making me feel good about where I spend my money. The prices are fair, and you’re assured of getting very good-quality furniture that will last for a very, very long time. We bought a Stressless chair, which they sell many of, in the 90s, and it’s still my favorite chair in the house. Even the delivery people love working there and care about your satisfaction. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn’t. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn’t have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. I can go on and on about what a great experience and value it is to shop there, but most have probably stopped reading this by now. Suffice it to say: if you want excellent-quality furniture that is super comfortable, long-lasting, puts a smile on your face when you see or use it, and makes you feel good about where your money went, buy it at Bedrooms and More. To the Owners, Thank You...We need more small business like you.

I've been buying from Bedrooms and More, a family owned company, for almost 13years and have always had excellent service. This time I went there to buy an electric recliner. Sean, the sales person I worked with, helped me find the perfect electric recliner for my size, needs and budget. He was very knowledgeable about all the products on the floor, and was patient with my indecision. My friend and I appreciated that he didn't pressure us or hover, but he was right there when we had questions. He was personable, friendly and had a great sense of humor as well. The chair is excellent quality AND perfect for my needs. A real plus is that they have their own delivery service.

It appears that they removed my original review at some point. No idea why, it was written in honesty and was a detailed review of why I felt this store only deserved 3 stars at that time. I only noticed this because I came back to update it, and it was not to be found. I was going to change this to 2 stars due to our ongoing battle with this bed that we are now stuck with and regret dearly, but I am making it 1 star due to them removing my legitimate review that while not perfect, was honest and made sure to highlight both the issues I was having, and the positives that I saw. The very short version of my prior review is that we were deceived by this store. While the people working there do legitimately appear to care, it also seems like they are bound by policies and practices that result in customer harm in the pursuit of profits. We were severely mislead about our mattress, then actively gaslit by this company until it was too late for us to do anything about it. Not only did they originally deliver the wrong product to our house, they then lied about it, then when caught by their own admission that they were misrepresenting the truth, they simply doubled down and tried to gaslight us more. Sadly, I guess it worked and we were the fools for having shopped here. Responding to the owner's response: Nope, this is for your store. There was a year or so period of time where yall could have done the right thing, and did not at all even come close. Sorry you cant find me in your system, not at all surprised tho given how many "mistakes" yall made.

I ordered a glass top side table and the glass showed up shattered. One phone call and an email with photos was all it took to get a replacement glass top. Everything was handled quickly and stress-free by Bedrooms and More. I recommend them with complete confidence. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Bedrooms & More. I went there after my first (new) mattress from a bigger retailer was causing me a lot of back pain. They immediately listened to what I needed, found the mattress that matched my description, and it was shipped to me DAYS later. Better yet, after returning my other mattress, I can happily say I have zero back pain after one week with the Bedrooms & More mattress!!! I really couldn't recommend them enough.
