Jeff Powell at American Freight in Dayton was awesome. He is professional, helpful and definitely did a great job. I hate making big purchases, and Jeff made this purchase experience amazing for my wife and I. I will definitely return.

I’m so beyond mad it’s not even funny at this company. We bought 2 couchs in July 2024. In August we started to notice the frame was bent and it sat side ways and it wouldn’t recline. We called had someone from the warranty company come out. He said he get back with me once the part came in it takes a few weeks I said okay. Weeks went by and nothing. It was late October and I finally decided to reach out and they said we don’t fix that on a couch you have been approved for a new couch the guy said just walk into American freight and gave me a code I said okay. Well we went in they said no you have to have someone right a check…. We called everyone trying to get ahold of anyone to help us and we got spinner around in circles for months. Then they close and now you guys are open and I’m left with 2 broken couches that I paid full cash for and the warranty’s….. thanks for a lot of stress I mean people work hard for there money $2000 went down the drain , and to go thru the amount of stress and I can’t tell you how much time I wasted calling you guys and all your darn warranty places for nobody to help me.

Clean warehouse, lots of options including color options on show floor and lots of inventory which was great since we wanted to take home that day.

We paid for a big sectional to be delivered to our house, assembled and trash/boxes removed. They dropped the furniture off and left everything in the boxes. I asked about assembly which we paid for and the guy said it wasn’t their job to assemble so they left. I call American freight and they said the guys were possibly tired and didn’t want to do the job. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ and that he would try and get in contact with them to go back and assemble. Thanksgiving is one day away and i don't know if they are coming back before then. wish we had read the reviews before purchasing from them. Very frustrating :(

This place has the best deal and furniture in the city. I appreciate the great service and business. Keep up the great work!
