It was a very caring friendly experience. Ashley was very helpful and informative about the sleep number beds. She was very thoughtful always offering water. I have had several sleep Number Beds over the years. When waterbeds went out, I found this company and I Love my current bed immensely. I especially love warm toes when I get into bed. I encourage my friends and family to get them.

We had a great experience here with the store manager, David. He took the time to explain each bed and their features. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything, We felt completely in control. Highly recommend the store and I cannot wait until our bed is delivered!!

Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. Listen, let’s be real, if you are looking to buy a Sleep Number bed you are probably aware that it has a bit of a price tag. For me, the higher the price the more customer service I have hoping to see. That is what we experienced with our purchase today. We were lucky enough to have Ed as our sleep expert. From start to finish the entire experience was outstanding. At no point did I feel pressured to buy one item. Ed worked with us to educate us on how important it is to have a truly great nights sleep. He helped us find our sleep number, as well as, allowed us to make the decisions. He did not force us to buy something we didn’t want. Rather he provided options for us to try and buy what felt right to us. The financing process was simple as well. Ed was very specific in laying out what the financing options were as well as helping us understand what our options were before we moved forward with the application. Extremely easy and was on our way to purchasing shortly after the application. I can truly say that this is our first Sleep Number bed, and because of Ed it will most defiantly not be our last.

I was getting ready to move from Ohio to California to move in with my daughter and her family. I just retired. I wanted a new bed to be delivered to their home so it would be there when I got there. I have very bad arthritis all over and have had three major surgeries in the last 6 years. My daughter suggested I try a sleep number bed which she and my son-in-law have. I looked online and compared sleep number with other beds that were very highly rated but and less expensive and less expensive. However, there were no stores where I could go try the beds out. In my case there was a sleep number store 35 minutes away. It made a huge difference. I had made up my mind that I wasn't going to like the beds and they were going to be too hard and too expensive. The salesman and I had already been talking through text. When I got there he showed me the bed mattress that I thought that I would want which was very nice and very comfortable. They have a way of showing you, on a computer, where your pressure points are and when they are relieved by the bed. That bed was very good. It was the p5. Then he showed me the i8. My back pain was was relieved quite a bit by the p5, but when I tried the I 8, it completely disappeared. The bed is being set up in California and it will be there when I move the 1st of January. I can't wait to get it. I was very wrong about my feelings that the beds would be hard. I also bought two pillows on a buy one get one Black Friday sale. I can't imagine anyone not liking these mattresses and frames that can be moved in different positions. I am a skeptic and absolutely fell in love with the beds the moment I laid on them. They were way better than I could have ever anticipated.
