I highly recommend Mattress Innovations if you are looking for a new mattress. Mike and Murph were wonderful. There is no high pressure to purchase, which is great, and the prices are quite reasonable. Mike helped my husband and me throughout our decision about which mattress to purchase and which was best for us. I did a lot of research before shopping fir a mattress, so I was interested to learn what suggestions and advice the different salesmen would make. For instance, one site stated that one should spend at least 15 minutes on a mattress before deciding. Sure enough, Mike suggested the same thing. He also talked to us about what type of sleepers we are (back, side, stomach) and suggested mattresses specifically for us. We went to a total of 3 places. One place the salesman was attentive but made none of the suggestions we should have expected. Another place the salesman could hardly be bothered by us. “Here are the low-cost beds, there are the medium price, and over there are the higher-priced beds.” Then he went and sat down at his desk and totally ignored us. All in all, you cannot go wrong with Mattress Innovations; not only is it a great place to purchase an excellent mattress, but Mike and Murph are very personable and helpful.

Murphy and Mike were personable, gave me all the information I needed to make the right choice, and it felt good to support their LOCAL family business. Save your money, get a better product, and don’t fall for the pushy tactics of their competitors. The mattress was delivered quickly at no cost to myself, and best of all it wasn’t smashed in a box like all the other online (and more expensive) options. My mattress felt exactly like the one in the store as soon as it arrived. I’d highly recommend all my friends and family who are looking for a mattress to keep it local and check out Mattress Innovations. Also, got one of the best pillows i’ve ever owned for only $30! After spending all day looking for a good mattress for a good price, my last stop of the day was Mattress Innovations. I was treated like my issues were very important and well addressed by Michael.
