Great price for my furniture purchase. Four of the pieces scheduled for delivery arrived when expected and the guys were very cordial and in and out in under 10 minutes! 👍🏽👍🏽.

I’ve got excellent prices. There is a restocking fee for returning items. I’m not thrilled about at 15% but their price point is super reasonable. Just make your decisions wisely.

Ms Cari Claycomb is absolutely wonderful! I worked with her twice. With a purchase of couch, loveseat and recliner. The recliner was on back order and she communicated the entire process. I then needed to exchange the couch and loveseat as I didnt like how it was hard to get out of and she was so understanding and found us a great match for us again! I will go back to her with more furniture upgrades!

I can’t write to tell you the quality of the furniture as I have yet to even receive it which is why this is a shining one star review. I purchased a dresser that was supposed to be delivered almost two weeks ago, but arrived to the warehouse broken. No worries accidents happen. The next week I was called by our sales person Joe asking which day this week worked best for them to reschedule the delivery of said dresser, I gave him today’s date (July 18) and assured him that I would make sure I was home for when the delivery was made. I never got a window of time to check for my delivery so after attempting to check online and call the automated system with no luck I called the warehouse. I was informed that actually my furniture would not be delivered to my home until NEXT WEEK not today. This wouldn’t be so frustrating except for on my end I was told a person has to be present for when the delivery is made AND the area the piece of furniture needs is to be placed in has to be clear. So now I have to plan a THIRD DAY around a dresser delivery that should have been fulfilled two weeks ago AND I now have my old dresser emptied and sitting in my living room. I’ve provided a picture of where my dresser would go if it had been delivered on time.

Purchased at the Pueblo location but they all suck!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They sell CHEAP TEMU/ SHEIN FURNITURE! Everyone I know who has a bought from here recently has had issues!! EVERYONE! I recently bought a set in April and they sent the recliner without the power supply to start, then whenever it finally comes in within the first few uses it BREAKS! leans to the side if reclined.. have them come out, THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE 3-6 MONTHS TO GET THE PART IN! I CAN’T USE THIS $400 RECLINER, HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO SINCE I BOUGHT IT! And there is morning I can do!! I can’t return it! They won’t replace it! And apparently the woman I talked to OWNS the place ( I KNOW this is not true) and there is NO ONE else I can talk to AT ALL!! She is the end all be all!! So I have no recourse whatsoever!! I just WASTED $400 ON CHEAP BROKEN FURNITURE! So I buy this recliner and it will be almost a YEAR before I can use it!! I didn’t finance this furniture! I saved my HARD EARNED MONEY to buy nice furniture! 2 pieces and it was $1100!! So not cheap in price BUT CHEAP IN QUALITY!!! AGAIN SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND SHOP LOCAL!! These chains SUCK!!! 😡😡😡😡
