Mary at Mattress Firm on Montebello and Academy was phenomenal. She was professional and friendly, and made my buying experience fun. She answered all questions I had and I never felt pressured. She went above and beyond and looked up three mattresses to see if they had those mattresses in clearance (pre-owned) and found the bed I wanted most (but probably never would have bought full price) at 60+% off. I had no intention of buying a mattress today, but with her going so far above and beyond, I now have my delivery scheduled! Could not recommend more.

My wife and I had a great experience at Mattress Firm! We purchased a new mattress and adjustable base with confidence thanks to the customer service prowess of our sleep expert Mary! The best part was after she showed us a few mattresses and explained what set them apart, Mary just let us be. We walked back and forth laying in each bed at least a dozen times until we finally agreed on one that suited us both. So far we are happy with our purchase, thank you to Mary for making our experience of buying a new bed a very positive one.

I’ll start and finish with Zach, our delightful salesperson. My first visit was exploratory. Zach was friendly and patient as he showed me every option and detailed all of the pros and cons. I looked forward to returning with my wife. We returned this morning. As promised, Zach had the models set up for us to try again pointing out the differences in all types of mattresses. I appreciate that we had so many options and so many price points. Our mattresses will be delivered tomorrow and we are thrilled with the entire experience. Many thanks and hats off to Zach. He’s a terrific salesperson!

Have been looking for an amazing mattress for a bit. Came into Mattress Firm with little time to spare this afternoon. Was greeted by Ben and gave us a wonderful sales experience. Found us the absolute best product for the price. Gave us all the options. Communicated very effectively and with ZERO PRESSURE, we made the purchase. I highly recommend coming to this store if looking for high-end mattresses at reduced prices. They have excellent sales staff with all the knowledge and none of the pressure. Thank you, Ben!

I bought a mattress from this location last year and the experience was really good so I came back today with my teenage daughter to find a new mattress for her. Mary was absolutely great!! She was very friendly and personable, answered all my questions, and was knowledgeable about all the options. She really try to get us the best deal possible. We ultimately decided on another option this time, but I will always come here to see what is being offered when needed. Customer service is always great here.
