The salesperson, Courtney Meanovich at the American Mattress in Frankfort, IL was great. She informed us of everything we needed to know to make a mattress purchase at this store, which we did. Our overall buying experience was perfect. Thanks Courtney!
View on GoogleCourtney was a great saleswoman and made the process simple and straightforward. She was friendly and informative which made this experience noteworthy. Our purchase should get delivered within the next two weeks after we ordered in store.
View on GoogleMy salesperson was amazing. I shopped around before making my final decision to buy from American Mattress in Frankfort. I went to Darvin, Bob's, other mattress stores, American Mattress was the cheapest. He waived the delivery fee. My only issue was Temperpedic will take up to 6 weeks to deliver. I am sure that's an issue with vendor.
View on GoogleOur salesman Patrick was great. We weren't under the pressure of the other stores we went to, where you had to follow their routine and nothing else. We were allowed to move freely to whatever bed we wanted to see what we liked and not what most people liked with similar interests. Excited for our delivery Monday!
View on GoogleBlake was amazing! He took very good care of me. He was very knowledgeable and I’m very happy with my purchase. If you are metro shopping, do yourself a favor and make sure to ask for Blake, he is absolutely an expert
