Mattress Firm New Lenox

We figured we would shop local in town - check the mattresses in person. Ryan was our sales guy - I don’t mind sales people. They are super knowledgeable and really help you get what you need. Ryan provided us with all the options - we never felt rushed and probably literally tried every bed! We purchased for our son. But I know we’ll be back for ourselves when ready. Great customer service and Ryan was awesome. Nice to have this option in New Lenox! Fully recommend!

Even if this Mattress Firm location is not the closest one to you, it is still 100% worth going a little out of your way for. Buying a new mattress can be an absolute pain but it's made a lot easier when you're being guided by someone who cares about what they do. Ryan was a great help and did a great job of taking the time to help find what I really needed. When the rest of my family is due for a mattress, I will undoubtedly be sending them to see Ryan.

Ryan 1 and Ryan 2 were both amazing to work with. Very happy with our mattress purchase! Highly recommend stopping in if you need a new mattress!!

Two parts to this review: First, the store itself. Salesperson, Ryan, did a nice job. He took his time with me, responded professionally to any questions that I might have had, and I decided to purchase a Tempur-Pedic Luxe Adapt. An expensive purchase to say the least, but I am a previous owner of the Tempur-Pedic Cloud. Basically, the entire purchase went smoothly as expected. On Ryan's behalf, I would have given more stars. However..... Second, the so-called white glove delivery. This did NOT go as expected. I recommend that anyone purchasing a mattress and using Mattress Firm's delivery service follow the delivery with your cell phone camera from the time they pull into your driveway until they pull away. I was the 14th and final delivery of the day. Granted, the delivery personnel were probably tired. But my delivery was paid for, and I should NOT have been downgraded any differently from the previous deliveries. The old mattress was removed without an issue. However, when setting up my new mattress, they did not take care in placing the new mattress on the adjustable base and cracked the plastic plates holding the mattress stopper. I found a piece of the plastic that was used to cover the new mattress behind the planter in the hallway. They also took a chunk of drywall out of the wall leading down the stairs. And to finish the delivery off, they threw their bottle of Gatorade in the driveway. Do I wish I were thinking ahead and had my cell phone documenting this delivery? Yes. So heed my advice, have your cell phone ready to document your delivery as proof should anything go wrong.

Amazing place! Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable! Excellent service, no pressure! Couldn’t be more happier going to this location. Got my dream mattress for a great deal.
