He is knowledgeable and has many styles and price ranges to choose from. The prices were lower than big name stores for similar quality and materials. Mark is friendly without being too pushy, and professional without being too stuffy. He delivered our mattress the very next day and even hauled the old one away. Looking online for a new mattress and top rated I found only this store local to me with the Helix (had no idea it was ever here). I got to see the mattress and lay on each to compare even though it was a hard choice for that much it was way worth it. It took exactly a week to come in exactly as stated delivered to my door.
