Hank's Fine Furniture

I bought a couch from this store and they delivered it with a broken motor. Despite my hesitation about accepting the couch, they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem to fix it quickly. Getting any help has been impossible. Every time I call, I get the same old excuses that their "systems are down" or they just don’t bother to return my phone calls at all. They are very friendly when they want your money, but the second there is a problem, they treat you like you don’t exist. I spoke to the store manager, Josh, and he was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Because I was upset about my broken furniture, he called me "aggressive" and told me I was "huffing and puffing." He told me he would do things his way and I just had to wait. It is a shame that a business treats its customers this way. They have no integrity and no respect for the people who keep them in business. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else where they actually care about their customers. I will never spend another dime here!

I am sorry I have to even give one star. We bought a mattress and they advertised a free tv with it. We were told we would get an email with a coupon to take to Best Buy to get the tv. It never came. We called over and over and each time we were given a different excuse by some uncaring person who said they would call right back but never did. The lack of concern was even worse than the blatant false advertising. I will never spend another cent in this place.

I was desperate for a new living room set. Josh knew I wanted leather but didn't have a lot of money at the time. So he pointed me to the Warren. Although it wasn't leather it was the color I needed and the price I needed. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Went to hanks in hot springs Saturday feburary7th. 4 people sitting at desk talking and laughing. Walked thru store. Waited. No one waited on me. Looked at mattresses. Still laughing and talking but not waiting on me. I went down street to mattress firm and a nice young man met me at the door. Very nice and I bought an adjustable mattress and was out in 30 minutes. Don’t go to hanks if u want to buy something. I was also wanting a large electric recliner but will not go back to hanks in hot springs. Rita steed

Bought my leather recliner sectional here, looks amazing and has really helped my acid reflux issues, believe it or not! Then recently I bought my new dresser and chest, I would have bought the bed but it didn't come in Calif King, so I found one elsewhere that matched perfectly. Hank's is now my first stop when looking for furniture.
