Ashley HomeStore Outlet Batesville

Charity was great help and knowledgeable in helping us find our first tempur-pedic mattress; however, the experience would have been more comfortable had the air been working properly in the Batesville store. It was very hot inside. It’s 90 degrees outside and the air in the building was not working as well as it should have been. For a business that just took almost 8k from me as one customer, you would think they would be kind enough to keep their employees and customers cool in the summer heat.

Charity was awesome!! She literally spent hours with us as my husband couldn't make up his mind which couch to get lol! She was so patient and super nice through the whole process. I strongly recommend asking for her

My shopping experience was great. I walked in and was immediately kindly greeted by Charity. She helped me find exactly was I was looking for, and I loved talking to her in the process. She radiates kindness, and she works to give you exactly want you want. Charity made the purchase easy and exciting at the same time! I will be shopping again, and I will definitely be recommending Charity. (Even though the entire staff was AMAZING and super sweet) 10/10 shopping experience.

Charity was great to work with and helped us understand all of our options. She allowed us to compare different couches and come to an agreement on the best one for us. We left with our new couch and we love it!

Candic, Brandi and Charity we can’t thank you enough for making the last bit of our day perfect by helping us pick out our new couch and bar stools!! You made this experience feel like home! We look forward to working with you more in the future! Thank you for making our dream come true today!
