Ashley Store

Two weeks ago, my wife and I traveled 80 miles to Fort Smith, Arkansas to shop for new living room furniture. We had looked at several stores before ending up at Ashley Home Store, also a Mathis Home store. Ashley/Mathis Home took great care of us from the moment we walked in the store and was greeted cheerfully by Darnell Williams (Home Furnishing Specialist) all the way to when the Mathis Home delivery service delivered our furniture 12 days later. Darnell was very patient with us as we spent a couple of hours looking at sofas, coffee tables, end tables and area rugs. We ended up buying all of these items and we couldn’t be more satisfied and pleased. The furniture is beautiful, practical, and fairly priced. We also took advantage of a Presidents Day Sale. When our furniture was delivered to our home, the delivery men very graciously and willingly helped move our old furniture and then set up the new furniture in an excellent manner. We were notified by phone days before the delivery to confirm they were coming and also notified that morning what time they would be at our house. They promptly arrived on time. We were also called and emailed by Mathis Home after the delivery had occurred to make sure our furniture was the correct order and in good condition and that the delivery and set up went well. We are very pleased with our experience with Ashley/Mathis Home and will definitely shop there in the future.

I enjoyed my experience with Mathis furniture’s salesman. The only issue we had was that my sister was with me to pay for her purchase that was made 2 days before me. They gave me a cleaning kit and I got a discount on my purchase, we tried to address that my sister didn’t get either the discount or cleaning kit. Anyway, we think she should have gotten some gift and discount too.

I was kindly greeted by Darnell who offered to help me find the accent chairs I was looking for.. He allowed me to look around the store on my own and then he checked on me again. I found a few that I was interested in. He moved furniture around so that I could pick the perfect rug. Other sales people helped in finding the small table I needed as well. I was able to take the table and rug with me and the chairs will be delivered later this week. I enjoyed my shopping experience and will definitely ask for Darnell the next time I shop at Ashley Furniture.

Darnell and the Store Manager did a great job of helping us find a couch, recliner, and 3 lamps at a great price, with super friendly and accommodating service!

Great selection and very competitive prices. I was assisted by Mark. He did a great job guiding me towards what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. I would recommend Ashley for your furniture needs. Thank you
