Wow! Walked in and Ethan took excellent care of us. He was so knowledgeable about all products of the store and displayed confidence the entire time, making my husband and I very comfortable with our choice of buying a brand new sectional. He was not pushy at all which we really liked. He is a stand up guy and we will be back to work with him for our future purchases. A customer for life all because of Ethan! Thank you so much!!

Definitely recommend this store. Came on a whim and ended up finding everything I wanted. Shout out to Donn for taking care of and being patient with me. He let me take my time and didn’t mind me voicing my opinions on what I like and didn’t like. Thank you guys!

My husband and I went to look for a bed frame and found a specific model on the floor we really liked. Jasmine helped us by seeing if the particular model was in stock. She said it could be at the warehouse in about 10 days to be picked up, no problem. What they didn’t mention was that the bed frame we purchased was not the exact model we saw on the floor and were trying to buy. The price was good for what we thought we were buying, but we were hoodwinked and will not be purchasing from Ashley again. It totally might have been an honest mistake on Jasmine’s part, if that’s the case then management needs to do a better job at accurately accounting for their models and making sure their sales associates are fully trained and up to date on what models are available.

Really happy with my purchase from this store. The furniture looks exactly like the display and feels very durable. I appreciated how the staff paid attention to my needs and suggested suitable options. The whole process—from selection to delivery—was smooth and professional.
