Process was easy going Sparky was cool. Till it got down to numbers then its well im doing such a big discount the system doesn't recognize so I can give exact payments. I do payment calculations so okay move on get to the start of even more Unprofessional young ladies in "Finance" she trys adding charges in for stuff I didnt ask. Then ol Sparky threw in some extra for Delivery even though on the floor it was "This exact price delivered to you" so after getting close to $500 in unwanted chargers taking off I signed and left. Delivery time what day would you like "Monday" we dont deliver on Mondays or Tuesday or first available is Sunday morning. Okay... should have left with that but ill take it. Sunday 9am 3 men show up take all of 15 mins to load everything leaving the box springs under the mattress still in the wrapper that was fun. Have me sign and leave. Go to bedroom find my door hanging off the hinges. Didn't say anything to me just left. Call the company send the managers pictures. His exact words well I wont see them till Wednesday you wanna just do it yourself or have me send them back out Wednesday??? Like are your serious? Is this the business yall run ? That we pay for a service to be completed just have to fix a mess created by you ? Or have misleading information and try take advantage of people who dont read the contracts ? Im paying of this loan asap and making sure anyone in the Hampton roads area that knows me will never spend a nickel here.

Phenomenal experience! Bought a set for one of my churches and came back and got a second set for another campus because we loved it so much! They even honored the seasonal deal as the last purchase for my new one. Dana was my sales rep and amazing!
