Ashley Store

The Ashley’s furniture store in town contains a good amount of descent furniture. Once I started really looking, I noticed that some items stood out to me. The longer I stayed, I noticed more pieces that appealed me. I ended up getting some new furniture that I really like. Unfortunately, I did not get the white glove delivery that I was guaranteed. Some of my furniture showed up damaged upon delivery. It had to be returned because I noticed the damage the day of delivery right before the delivery team was about to leave. I didn’t notice the damage to the other item until a few days after delivery and it had to be inspected a few times to determine the cause of damage. The original delivery team did not attach the USB ports to my nightstands because they were adamant about not altering furniture and stated, it just requires two screws. They stated I could do it myself. I was under the impression that it was a part of the setup was told that everything was supposed to be assembled & set up by the delivery team. The technician who evaluated/inspected the damage to one of my furniture items actually installed the USB ports on my nightstands. I did not get the original delivery date which I was told that I was going to get & there were several changes to my original delivery date which was an inconvenience to me. This was due to warehouse’s availability even though I was initially told that the furniture was available at the warehouse or would be available at the warehouse by the sales team. I patiently waited for my damaged furniture to be inspected for the second time and finally received my replacement. The store sales team was great. Love, Light, Peace, Community, Care No weapon formed against me shall prosper

The customer service was excellent! The manager was very knowledgeable and one of the best salespeople I’ve worked with in a long time. He worked with me and was determined to please the customer, but at the same time make sure the company made a sale. He was the best! Polite and friendly was the sales person that made sure I felt welcome and kept me laughing and knowledgeable about the company policy and delivery. I will be returning! Please keep them!

The delivery of our couch was quick, easy, and painless. The movers did all of the work, and a great job as well!! The delivery drivers were super friendly to us and our family + they were HILARIOUS, give them a raise:) (I WILL POST PICTURES OF THE COUCH BUT I PROMISE THE PICTURES DON’T EVEN COMPARE TO IN PERSON VIEWING) (Ottoman coming the 27th) Look forward to their next trip already:)

My first time to Ashley's and it was a great experience! Araceli Rios made my visit fun and she was very helpful. We went home with exactly what we wanted. I will definatley be back for my furniture needs a d I highly recommend this store!!

My in-store and purchasing experience was extremely pleasant. Our sales associate, Rios, was engaging, informative, helpful, fun. She made a potentially stressful process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend if you go to Ashley’s in Abilene, ask for Rios!
