Mattress Firm Catclaw Drive

We dealt with the store store manager. She was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and bases. She was also very friendly and professional. If I need any accessories for my bed in the future I will definitely look to deal with her.

I have bought from them on two separate occasions, and the staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable! We did have a hiccup this last purchase with us purchasing a “Queen mattress”, the box said queen! However, we get it home and open, and it’s a king size! We called 10 minutes before closing (because that’s when we made it home), and they jumped to help us right away. The employee, (I wish I could remember the name because he was stellar!!) apologized, even though it wasn’t his fault, but came and picked up the mattress from us that afternoon! I definitely recommend this location!!

The lady helped me find the right mattress and adjustable base for my specific needs and got my order placed no problem. I just got my delivery and I was amazed at how quickly the guys were able to set everything up and they were very professional. Thank you Mattress Firm!

Chacho was very informative and patient. He told us single detail about every mattress and encouraged us to try every single one so that we could see the differences. Great service!

The service I was given was very friendly. The person was knowledgeable about what I was looking for. He listened to our concerns and addressed them. I would recommend this business to my family and friends.
