Today we went to “look” at livingroom furniture. Once there, we were greeted by Josephine. We let her know what we were looking for and she took us to a set that had arrived about two weeks ago. She went thru all the features with us and told us what everything is and does. She was extremely knowledgeable with the mechanics of it.
She then explained the different financing options, should we choose to go that route, and the discounts that came with it.
She left us to discuss what our plans were. Once we decided on purchasing the set, Josephine was very helpful making sure that all the discounts were applied and that our credit from our previous set was also researched and applied. She explained everything to us on the contract with the warranty, when we would be hearing from them to schedule the time for our delivery on the date we chose. She was extremely pleasant, very personable, and highly knowledgeable with the paperwork, company policies, and the furniture itself. AND she offered us a soda and/or free ice cream, which we gladly accepted!! If we are ever in need of another piece of furniture, we would definitely seek out Josephine for assistance again. A+++++++ employee.

Amanda was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of assisting us with selecting rugs and a dinner table for our home. She was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our needs, making sure we found pieces that fit both our style and space. James and Shay and Miranda, really went out of their way to make it ti where I could get the couch that I wanted. James helped me out my first visit, and in coming back I ended up with a whole crew working g to make my dream of that couch come true. They moved furniture around trying to get the measurements needed for the space of where the couch would go. The grand mater trio, worked the couches around all different ways, in order to make it work for me and my 87 year old mother. They never frowned or acted as if it was a bother in doing so. They had smiles and laughter and still trying to figure out a way to get me thecouch I wanted, and with there determination I got most of it, had to cut out a corner piece, but thank you Miranda, James, and Shay. I will definitely recommend Home Zone and definitely all 3 sales representatives Miranda, James, and Shay. Thank you all so very much as my mother will sleep comfortably! Love the service. Josephine was awesome with helping us. The delivery guys were very professional and polite. Made me decide that all my business with furniture will be done with Home Zone. I absolutely love our furniture

It was such a nice experience dealing with Kelly. She was very patient, polite and most of all not pushy. AND they have free coffee, water and ice cream!! The delivery and assembly guys who came, at the time we set arrived on time! They were very careful not to bang and scratch anything in the house. They also put together the 3 frames so quickly. They took away all the trash they got from the packaging.
I'm decorating a new house so, I'll be back.
