I recently purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture, and Carlos made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect couch for my space. He was so on point that I even ended up buying a huge picture frame and a TV stand which I didn’t even come in for! That’s how well he understood my style and what would complete my space. Carlos was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. I truly appreciated his great customer service. If you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture, I highly recommend asking for Carlos you won’t be disappointed!

I was very happy the delivery men got to my house early , they set up what seem like five minutes., two very nice guys. The lead guy wemt to work right away he ask me where did i want my bed. And they also wanted to knòw where to put my desk and chair. They took my old mattress out for me and his assitant folliow suit, i will buy from Ashley's again soon THANK YOU ASHLEYS.

Normally, I love Ashley furnitures They always have beautiful pieces And then the more important thing as the attention they give at Ashley very Good attention., I don’t know If it’s happened an all Ashley’s store but the one in 117 mall at Harlem Eastside got the best workers ever. Patience is the key! I do recommends Ashley I love my Coffee table set that a three piece is very cute! . Good job my seller her name is Ashley too , a good from Amina used to sell me too, Bravo staff!!

My husband and I just purchased a king-size bedroom set from this location, and Nicholas helped us. He was amazing! We originally went in “just to look” and ended up making a purchase because of his outstanding service. Nicholas even carried a nightstand across the store so we could visualize how it would look next to the bed in our home. That level of effort and attention really stood out. He was extremely accommodating and patient throughout the entire process. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Carlos, who was very helpful in explaining the different purchasing options available to us. We truly appreciate the attentiveness and courtesy of everyone at this location. We will definitely be shopping here again for our future furniture needs!

Ashley is one of the best I love everything. They are nice people gentle working in that company . They have amazing furnitures , in store 116 street Harlem mall , Amina and Carlos are the best Salesman and saleswoman I ever seen She’s so pretty patient and , king. For the delivery best team come to my apartment very on time and professional , Jenny Very engaging sending me message letting me know every step, thank you.
