Ashley Store

My experience at the Capitol Heights store was fantastic!! My sales Consultant, Victor Tabbs, is wonderful. His customer service is only surpassed by his professional demeanor. Victor is dedicated to helping his customer find exactly what they're looking for. He takes good care of them from the beginning, to the end of their purchase. He made everything very smooth and easy. Victor is a valued asset to the Ashely Furniture family. I'd be remissed if I didn't comment on LaShawn, who checked me out at the customer service counter. She explained everything to me about the insurance coverage, delivery and what happens should I need to return the furniture because of defects upon delivery. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. LaShawn is very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with them both. I would definitely return to the Capitol Heights store for any future furniture purchases!

I had the greatest experience with Ms. Yvonne! She was the perfect salesperson. She was very attentive and showed me different pieces that fit my needs. I finally settled on the perfect set! Shannon did a great job with sealing the deal. She made sure my checkout experience was seamless. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture at Ritchie Station. A great team with excellent customer service!

Just received excellent service from Kim Fields Watson at the Capital Heights Ashley Furniture Home Store who went beyond the call of duty. Wow! She patiently assisted me in answering every question and provided additional expert details that led me to make the best decision on my final purchase. Her attention to detail, business acumen, diligence in serving and customer service are extraordinary, and I believe that she’s truly an asset to Ashley Furniture. Thank you, Kim (and Samara ?) for your help today.

My experience at Ashley Furniture Store #29 in Capital Heights was one of the best experiences working with Ms. LaShawn and Mr. Therlow. I walked into the store with an attitude from visiting another store that was totally unprofessional, then with my visit with Mr. Therlow and Ms. LaShawn changed my attitude totally! The service these two people provided was wonderfully pleasant and so professional that I recommend anyone looking to buy furniture this is a store that needs to be checked out. Thanks guys for putting me in a great mindset and for the great service you all provided for what I was looking for!

Shopping for furniture can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Victor made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend asking for Victor if you visit Ashley Furniture!
