Ashley Store

I visited the Ashley Store in Gaithersburg and had an outstanding experience working with Anderson Williams. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. He embodies the qualities of great customer service — heart, dedication, and expertise — better than anyone I’ve worked with before. I originally planned to just browse and come back in a month or two before making a decision, but Anderson made the entire experience so comfortable and informative that I ended up purchasing a beautiful living room couch the same day. Thank you again, Anderson, for your exceptional service and positive attitude. I truly appreciate your help and wish you continued success and all the best in achieving everything you deserve.

I recently purchased a bed and dresser, and I had an excellent experience working with Ish Verma, the Sales Consultant. From the moment my mom, Dawn, and I walked into the store, Ish was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect pieces for our home without making us feel pressured. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Ish provided outstanding customer service and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. My mom and I truly appreciated his friendliness and attention to detail. If you're looking for quality furniture and exceptional service, I highly recommend asking for Ish Verma. Thank you for making our shopping experience such a positive one!

We visited the Ashley store in Gaithersburg, MD to purchase a dining room table set and a mattress. We were greeted at the door by ISH VERMA who also assisted us throughout the entire purchase. It took us some time to decide on the right table and size, and ISH was incredibly patient and helpful. He guided us to the perfect table, chair set, and mattress. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We are very happy with his service and with the selections we made. Thank you, Ish.

Really happy we came in today to shop at Ashley Furniture. Raoul greeted us with a very warm smile and mention a raffle they were about to have. Mareri was wonderful. She held our 7 month baby boy and entertained him while we shopped. My wife and I were delighted to have come to Ashley Furniture to shop on 7/4/26. We are looking forward to shopping with Ashley again.

We had a great experience working with Ish Varma - salesperson. From the very beginning, he was vey professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right product rather than just making a sale. He took the time to understand our needs, answered all our questions patiently, and provided honest recommendations without any pressure. What stood out the most was his excellent communication and friendly attitude. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt valued as a customer. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable salesperson. Thank you for the outstanding service!!!!
